By purchasing a service from Valois Direct, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms apply to all digital marketing, website, advertising, design, setup, consulting, and related services offered through this website.
1. Services Provided
Valois Direct provides digital business services including, but not limited to, website setup, landing pages, social media page cleanup, ad setup, ad graphics, lead capture pages, business page improvements, and other online business support services.
The exact work included depends on the product or package purchased. Any work not clearly listed in the product description may require an additional fee.
2. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to complete the service. This may include business names, logos, photos, service details, prices, website links, social media links, login access, contact information, and any other materials needed for the project.
Valois Direct is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete, or late information from the customer.
The customer confirms that they have the right to use any logos, photos, videos, business names, written content, or other materials provided to Valois Direct.
3. Project Timelines
Project timelines may vary depending on the service purchased, current workload, and how quickly the customer provides the required information.
Valois Direct will make reasonable efforts to complete services in a timely manner, but completion dates are not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
If the customer does not provide the required information, access, or feedback within a reasonable time, the project may be delayed or placed on hold.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service purchased. Revisions are meant to correct or adjust the original work, not to create an entirely new project or add extra services.
Requests outside the original product description may require an additional charge.
Valois Direct reserves the right to determine whether a requested change is included as a revision or considered additional work.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Valois Direct does not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, profit, website traffic, ad performance, follower growth, customer messages, or business growth.
Marketing and advertising results can vary based on many factors outside of Valois Direct’s control, including business offer, location, budget, competition, customer demand, pricing, reputation, response time, and market conditions.
By purchasing, the customer understands that Valois Direct provides services, setup, design, and support, but does not promise a specific financial result.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Platforms
If a service involves Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, or another third-party platform, the customer understands that those platforms have their own rules, approval processes, account settings, and restrictions.
Valois Direct is not responsible for ads being rejected, accounts being restricted, platform outages, policy changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
Ad spend is not included unless clearly stated in the product description. Any advertising budget paid to a platform is separate from the service fee paid to Valois Direct.
7. Website and Account Access
Some services may require access to a website, social media page, advertising account, domain provider, hosting account, or other online account.
The customer is responsible for providing access safely and accurately. Valois Direct will only use access for the purpose of completing the purchased service.
The customer may remove access after the work is completed.
8. Communication
After purchase, Valois Direct may contact the customer using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for checking their messages and responding when information, approval, or feedback is needed.
Failure to respond may delay the project.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.
Work may not begin until payment has been received.
Additional services, major revisions, or work outside the purchased package may require additional payment.
10. Ownership of Completed Work
Once the service is completed and paid for, the customer may use the completed work for their business unless otherwise stated.
Valois Direct may use general examples of completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
11. Limitation of Liability
Valois Direct is not responsible for lost revenue, lost profits, lost customers, business interruption, account restrictions, advertising performance issues, or damages resulting from the use of completed services.
The customer agrees that Valois Direct’s maximum responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
12. Agreement
By purchasing from Valois Direct, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
